Seraphin Hammer
Project Manager, M.Sc. ETH
Seraphin has been part of our team since July 2026, working as a Project Manager. Energetic, structured and curious, he enjoys exploring new topics, bringing clarity to complex situations and moving things forward together with others.
Before joining us, he gained project management experience across a wide range of technological environments – from drones and railway systems to virtual reality. These diverse experiences taught him to quickly understand unfamiliar contexts and connect technical, organizational and human perspectives. His background in mechanical engineering and management, technology and economics complements this broad outlook.
Outside of work, Seraphin brings the same energy and curiosity to sports, travelling and exploring new experiences – from dancing and floorball to CrossFit and kitesurfing. Having played team sports throughout his life, he feels most at home as part of a team and values working towards shared goals.
