The new intelligent onboarding app for Migrol replaces the previous paper-based application process and makes both our customer and their end users go into rhapsodies about it. This is because we guide customers through various steps in the automated form and show them only those aspects that are really necessary, based on their needs.
The magic happens in the background and couldn't be more intelligent: For instance, entered postal addresses are automatically checked for authenticity in a matter of seconds, passwords selected are checked for public leaks or uploaded ID documents are tested for sharpness.
Another great feature in this context is that users can seamlessly switch from desktop to mobile (and back) when uploading ID documents and thus conveniently take a photo of their IDs with their smartphone.
Promocodes in the URL enable additional offers and all data is transferred directly to the underlying systems. Imagining how many thousands of cards can be checked and validated in this automated way, we think it's pretty neat. What about you?
After successful onboarding, the end users can view their data. Of course, we have also thought about existing customers and the onboarding of old customer numbers.
The portal offers everything a nice portal should do: View existing cards, transactions, invoices or profiles. It handles two-factor authentication, multi-organization management, elaborated user invitation functions with associated rights management, configuration of custom notifications and dynamic management of promo codes including additional offers.
We almost forgot: Of course, additional cards, replacement cards or other requests can also be made via the portal. We love it!
