Open source and charities
We want committed people. And lead by example. Thus, our story starts with a simple belief: success demands responsibility. Since day one, we have been uncompromisingly committed to open source. We don't just use free software; we take ownership of its security and future. With many of our projects built on Ruby, we actively support RubyTogether and proudly stand as the first Swiss company to join the Rails Foundation. We also spearhead the development of the cancancan library, which has been downloaded over 52 million times globally. Explore all our open-source contributions here.
But a company's impact must go beyond code. That's why we give 10 % of our annual profits back to society and the environment.
