Since our founding we have been successfully using the working method «Scrum». Instead of a classic, waterfall based work breakdown structure plan (analysis, design, programming, testing), we work with regular interactions, known as «Sprints».
A sprint duration is about one to two weeks and consists of smaller work units. These are tested and approved by our customer after the sprint. On the basis of customer feedback, the development is continuously checked and adjusted. Furthermore there is the possibility to reprioritise work units, plan new functions and get rid of requirements that are no longer needed.
For our customers and us, Scrum is the best solution. With classic models we have made the experience that misunderstandings in the specifications, differences in interpretation and inaccuracies create high administrative expenses. With Scrum our customers always know what's up and the status of work, and always keep an overview of the cost.
