Alessandro has been working for us as a software engineer since 2014 and has been a partner in the company since 2016.
At Renuo, Alessandro is responsible of many technical-related topics. He works mainly as Software Engineer for some of our customers, and also as Tech-Lead on different projects.
For Alessandro, maintaining and promoting the company's technical know-how is an absolute must, which is why he ensures that all employees receive continuous training through regular further training measures. An important part of these measures is our annual Learning Week, which Alessandro always helps organizing.
As a big Ruby On Rails supporter, Alessandro is very much involved in the community with constant contributions to open source libraries such as CanCanCan or Solidus.
He also used to lecture Ruby on Rails at LeWagon Bootcamp in Zürich.
Since 2023, Alessandro is the representative of Renuo at the Rails Foundation.
Alessandro completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Bologna in 2008 and worked as Software Engineer since then.
He is a passionate mountaineer and spends much of his free time in the mountains.
